What Gets Inspected First

Before any repair work begins, divers conduct a full propeller condition assessment using underwater cameras to document blade edge condition, surface fouling, cavitation erosion, deformation, and shaft seal integrity. Photo and video evidence is recorded before and after all repair work as part of the service report.

Propeller Shaping and Grinding

Blade edge nicks, deformation from impact, and cavitation pitting are repaired using specialist underwater grinding tools. Our divers reshape blades to restore original geometry and surface finish, reducing hydrodynamic drag and improving fuel efficiency. Object and Entanglement Removal

Ropes, fishing nets, wire, and debris wrapped around the propeller shaft and blades are cleared by our dive team. Following entanglement removal, shaft seals and rope guards are inspected to confirm no secondary damage has occurred and the propulsion system is clear for operation.
