Job Description

• Brief all divers on the operational and contingency plans.
• Maintain the safety of the dive team.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, SS511 & IMCA standards.
• Ensure that diving equipment is in good operating condition.
• Plan mobilization of diving equipment and personnel.
• Conduct repair and maintenance of commercial diving equipment.
• Perform periodic testing and maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a hazard-free work environment.

Requirements

• Must be physically fit.
• Relevant dive technician certificate.
• Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic engineering.
• Experience with diving equipment.
• Safety, emergency procedures, and preventive maintenance experience.

Job Description

• Perform inland underwater operations including hull inspections, cleaning, and propeller polishing.
• Operate underwater equipment like CCTV systems and photography gear.
• Ensure all diving equipment meets compliance standards.
• Assist in diving boat operations.
• Report any equipment defects or malfunctions to the Diving Supervisor.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Diving certification.
• Occupational First Aid Certificate.
• Approved Diving Medical Certificate.
• Understanding of SS511 standards and experience with diving equipment.
• Strong communication skills and team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays as needed.
